The Spa attitude
Access to the Spa is by appointment only and is reserved for over 18s.
We advise you to present yourself 30 minutes before the beginning of your appointment, at the reception of the hotel, in order to proceed to the control of your health pass and to make the payment of the treatments.
For your treatments at the Spa, do not forget your swimsuit,
Towels and bathrobes will be provided.
The Baies Roses swimming pool, a heated slate swimming pool is reserved for hotel residents who can enjoy free access every day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The Spa Body Harmonie swimming pool is also a heated slate pool which is only reserved to Spa clients. Its access is part of the Aqua Zen service.
In the event of a late arrival, could lead to a reduction in the duration of your treatment (s), where certain treatments could be canceled, at the practitioner’s initiative, without changing the price or refund.
For massages only minors between 16 & 18 years old have access to treatments and must be accompanied by an adult.
Access to the AQUAZEN area is prohibited for those under the age of 18.
The SPA is a quiet space dedicated to the search for harmony of body and mind, so we invite you to speak in low voices.
Are forbidden in the space of the Spa, animals, cigarettes, alcohol, mobile phones and electronic games
Yes, our practitioners may refuse treatment in the following situations:
If your state of health does not allow the desired care (e.g. recent surgery, skin problem …), or any behavior that offends modesty may motivate the interruption or cancellation of the care program without reimbursement or postponement.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Spa and its Aquazen area.
In accordance with Decree N ° 2006 – 1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in places assigned to collective use, the fact of smoking in the Spa and its Aquazen area will be taxed with a fine of up to € 450 and
the cancellation of your treatment (s) without refund.

The DIADABOX gift box is neither exchangeable, nor modifiable, nor refundable outside the dates of validity and under certain conditions. The box is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Your treatments much be paid on the day of your appointment by check, credit card or cash at the hotels reception.
For hotel residents, the bill can be transferred to the room.
The time of your reservation is the time at which your treatment ritual begins, please schedule an arrival at least 30 minutes before.
Any delay may result in a reduction in the duration of the treatment or its cancellation, without modification or adjustment of the price.
