The telephone reservation service is open from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 19:00
Access to the rooms is from 14:30 and must be vacated, on the day of your departure, before 10:30.
Rooms vacated after 11 a.m. may be invoiced for one night.
All guests staying at the Lodge will need to present identification upon arrival.
You will also have to come with the credit card that was used for the payment of the deposit when you made your reservation.
If you have booked through an agency, with a gift box or a gift voucher, you will have to give us the original voucher.
Yes, you can come and stay with your children, however we do not have family rooms. Some of our rooms are designed to accommodate extra beds, so it is imperative to report the presence of the child when booking.
A cot can be installed in your bungalow, (to be requested when booking) for your little one under 3 years old or some of our bungalows can be equipped with an extra bed for children from 4 to 12 years old (extra charge).
It will be necessary to notify the Lodge by email and that you give to the person who will come in your place a copy of your identity document as well as a certificate on the honor that you will give him your stay.
No, unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
Guests can receive day-time tours. Guests must present themselves at the Reception. However, they are prohibited from spending the night in the client’s room.
Even though we love pets, they are not allowed in the property.
Yes, on the other hand the indoor and outdoor car parks of the hotel are not supervised.
The hotel does not guarantee any damage to your vehicles (car / motorcycle) or theft, within the establishment, not reported before your departure.
We invite you to lock your vehicle and not to leave your bags and objects prominently.
Yes, as a measure of privatization and security, the gate is closed from 10pm to 6am, so please keep the key to your Lodge as well as the opening code of the gate.

Your means of payment
Payments are paid by cheques, credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) cash, €uros or holiday voucher.
We are not in partnership with the tourist vouchers “Mon île 974”
Yes, however, cheques must be in the name of the person who will reside at the Lodge.
Cancellation, no-show or interruption of our stay
Once the stay has begun, no refund will be made. In case of early departure, the stay is due in its entirety. Delays on arrival or early departures can in no case give rise to a refund.
All cancellations must reach the Hotel in accordance with our conditions.
After this period, the reservation is due.
The hotel does not offer cancellation insurance, guests are invited to inquire with their insurance company for a subscription.
No-show is considered the actual taking of the room, and it will be charged 100%.
Booking via the platforms
For all reservations made via online platforms such as booking.com, agoda.com… you will have to contact them directly for any changes to your reservation.
The Lodge team will not be able to handle these changes.
The Gift Vouchers of the Lodge are via the DIADABOX platform, for all reservations you can contact us directly on 0262 44 66 88.
For all reservations with your KDOPAYS or RUNBOX box, you will have to contact them directly so that they activate your box.
Once the box is activated they will put you in touch with us so that we can finalize your reservation.
What are your general conditions of sale?
The rates indicated are in €uro and TTC, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of booking. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be passed on
automatically on the prices indicated on the invoice date.
Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the selected period and do not include supplements (unless otherwise stated)
The tourist tax, of 2.00€ per day and per person (over 13 years old) is not included in the displayed price and must be paid directly on site.
Reservations are only considered firm after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay:
Cash, Cheques, (after verification), CB VISA, CB MASTERCARD, AMEX, ANCV.
Bookings regardless of their origin will be payable in €uro only.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation incomplete.
No stay booked before the implementation of a possible promotional offer will be subject to refund, even partial.
For individual stays:
The total amount of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation of the reservation occurs more than 14 days before the date of arrival.
For any cancellation 14 days before the scheduled date, 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged
For any cancellation between 4 and 13 days before the scheduled date, 80% of the amount of the stay will be charged.
If the cancellation occurs less than 4 days before the scheduled date or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay is due
For group stays:
The total amount of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation of the reservation occurs more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
For any cancellation 30 days before the scheduled date, 50% of the amount of the stay will be charged
For any cancellation between 29 and 7 days before the scheduled date, 80% of the amount of the stay will be charged.
If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled date or in case of no-show, the amount of the stay is due
A change is possible only once, and must be reported at least 4 days before the scheduled date.
For group bookings, the change is possible only once, and must be reported at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
