These General Terms and Conditions of Sale
therefore apply to the sale of products and services by
SARL VILLAGE NATURE ROCHE TAMARIN both online & offline.
SARL VILLAGE NATURE ROCHE TAMARIN reserves the right to modify these terms and breakfasts
General Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, it being understood that such changes will be
inapplicable to orders previously accepted and confirmed by SARL VILLAGE NATURE ROCHE TAMARIN.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the sale of products and services by SARL VILLAGE NATURE ROCHE TAMARIN.
The rates indicated are in €uro and TTC, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of booking.
Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.
Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the selected period and do not include supplements (unless otherwise stated)
The tourist tax, of 2.00€ per day per person (over 12 years old) is not included in the displayed price and must be paid directly on site.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of each reservation is required at the reservation in order to consider it firm and definitive (refer to the cancellation and modification conditions for a possible refund.
Reservations are considered firm only after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay: Cash, Checks (after verification), CB VISA, CB MASTERCARD, AMEX, ANCV. Bookings regardless of their origin will be payable in €uro only.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation incomplete.
No stay booked before the implementation of a possible promotional offer will be subject to refund, even partial.
For individual stays:
– The total amount of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation of the reservation occurs more than 7 days before the date of arrival. (Send your request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a rib).
– All cancellations of stays less than 7 days before the scheduled date result in the total loss of the deposit paid.
For group stays:
– Cancellation fee of 50% no later than 30 days;
– 80% between the 30th and 10th day
– 100% at 10 days and less of the event-stay
A change is possible only once and must be reported at least 4 days before the scheduled date.
For group bookings, the change is possible only once, and must be reported at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
Reception is open from Sunday to Thursday from 07:00 to 19:00 and on Fridays and Saturdays from 07:00 to 20:00.
The Baies Roses restaurant welcomes you, for a la carte lunch from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00 and for dinner from Monday to Sunday from 19:00 to 22:00
The restaurant of the Jardin des Orchidées welcomes you for your breakfast from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 10:00 or you can request and order your breakfast in Room Service the day before, at the latest at 18:00.
Our Spa Body Harmonie, labeled Spa de France, welcomes you from Wednesday to Monday from 10:00 to 18:00 by reservation only and subject to availability. Access to the Spa and its swimming pool are not included in your room reservation.
The Lodge’s swimming pool is only reserved for hotel guests from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00. Pool towels are available on request at reception.
Rooms are available from 14:30 and must be vacated between 10:30 and 11:00 on the day of departure.
The customer accepts and undertakes to use the room in good father. Also any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will lead the hotelier to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a payment has already been made.
No dispute or claim made after the departure of the customer can be taken into consideration.
Any additional consumption must be paid on the day of departure.
For safety and hygiene reasons, our animal friends are not allowed in the establishment
The Lodge offers free wifi
The user customer undertakes that the computer resources made available to him will not be used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright, by a related right such as texts, photography images, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorisation of the holders of the rights provided for in Book I and II of the Intellectual Property Code where such authorisation is required.
The Lodge Roche Tamarin & Spa is a private space.
Any publication of images must be the subject of an authorization from the persons concerned or the management of the Lodge. You may not use the images without making a request and receiving written permission from management.
The taking of photos for commercial purposes without the authorization of the management (photoshoot, promotion of products) is prohibited.
For all requests please send an email with the information of your company and the links of diffusion to email@example.com. Without a response from us, the request is considered denied.
The use of Drones is strictly prohibited.
All drones flying over the Lodge without management authorizations will be confiscated.
Any publication of an image must be the subject of an authorization from the persons concerned or the owner in the case of a private space (house, garden, etc.). You may not use the images taken for commercial or professional purposes.
Due to and subject to the current health situation and protocols, guests must follow the sanitary procedures in progress on the date of their stay.
Wearing a mask is mandatory within the establishment and during your travels.
Hydroalcoholic gel is available throughout the establishment,
Any new sanitary procedures on the date of your reservation will be applied
Since August 09, 2021, the health pass is required for the restaurant, spa and swimming pool access of the Lodge for all residents and outside guests.
All people without a valid health pass will be refused access to the spaces.
Force majeure means any event external to the parties of a character that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable that prevents either the customer or the hotelier from insuring all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract.
This is particularly the case in the event of strikes, insurrections, riots, prohibitions issued by government or public authorities. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the performance of their reciprocal obligations and that each party bears the burden of the resulting costs.
In particular, customers will bear only the additional costs that may be incurred to allow the continuation of the trip, following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
The hotel declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss, degradation of the effects belonging to the customers during their stay.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any degradation, any act of vandalism that may occur due to the occupation of the premises and / or the fact of the participants and / or the staff for which he is responsible, both to the movable, decorative and immovable property belonging or not to the hotel.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case for both substantive and formal rules. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
